Meal Reheating, *Our suggestion* :
Leave meal in vacuum sealed bag. Bring pot of water to boil, reduce to simmer, add bag for about 7-10 min (depending on the thickness of meat). Remove, cut open and serve. You can stick a toothpick into the thickest part of the food and pull out and place tooth-pick on your lip to gauge temperature. This method lets the food hold onto the majority of its nutrient.
